the hotel is close to Grand Ole Opry, the Opry Mall and General Jackson Showboat. there are several restaurant in the walking distance. the staff are super friendly, helpful and really make you feel welcomed, especially their Manager Tamara. it still was a little too cold for the pool. our only complaint was breakfast. there are lots of choices like waffle maker, bagels, toast, cereal and oatmeal, but not much choices for someone watching carbs. there was scrambled eggs, hash browns and sausage Pattie’s.

The room was the perfect size, water pressure was AMAZING, the facilities were very clean, staff was welcoming, the breakfast was great (lots of options), AND there was a shuttle we didn't even realize!! The shuttle takes you downtown, ROUND TRIP, for $10. You can leave and be picked up at any time between 9a - 12:30p. This is amazing because last time I was in Nashville I stayed across the street from this hotel and I paid $30 each way when we wanted to uber downtown! SAVED A TON OF MONEY.

They urged us to use the shuttle, which got us everywhere for $10 per person round trip. They are the epitome of southern charm. The room was comfortable and easy to stay in. All our needs were met. The television cable was plentiful, which is not always the case of many hotels.

Convenient access to highways. Shuttle to downtown. Very friendly, professional staff!! In fact the staff was exceptional! Near Opryland and Opry Mills mall. Although we didn’t get a chance to use it pool looked good. Comfy bed. Quiet. Shower was GREAT!!

I liked how it was a quiet peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was hot and tasty. The bed was also soft and very comfortable. It was real convenient to shuddle pick up and return trip. The shuddle help relieve stress from driving down town.
